カフェについて
クロスロードカフェは、さまざまなバックグラウンドを持つ人々が集まり、会話を楽しみ、おいしい料理を楽しみ、リラックスできる場所です。私たちは、天草とその周辺の国際コミュニティに貢献し、文化交流の場を提供するためにこのカフェを作りました。手作りのランチやデザートを提供するほか、カフェでは外国料理のイベントや毎週の語学クラスなど、さまざまな文化イベントも頻繁に開催しています。当店では、化学調味料と合成添加物を使用せず、できる限りオーガニック食材を使用しています。また可能な限り、地元天草の食材を使用し、手作りのおいしい料理を提供しています。
About Us
Crossroad Cafe is a place where people from all backgrounds can meet to talk, enjoy delicious food and relax. We made it to serve the international community of Amakusa and beyond, and provide a space for cultural exchange. Alongside serving handmade lunch and desserts, the cafe also often hosts various cultural events, such as foreign food nights and weekly language classes. We make sure to use organic ingredients, without harsh chemicals or unneccessary additives. Wherever possible we source from local Amakusa farms and businesses, which makes our food both healthy and tasty.
